Why did i choose my major?

I am currently studying theater design, I decided on this major because it sounded very attractive, for a long time I really like the behind the scenes of a movie or a play, and it is a career that I really enjoy, I look forward to starting to do stage costume.

Although it will sound a bit cliche, when I was like 8 years old I wanted to study fashion design, then I changed it to interior design, I doubted for a while about studying kinesiology when I was 15 years old, but that idea did not last long. 

My other majors options were visual arts or cinema, I think that if I was not studying my major I would be studying visual arts, and although cinema interests me a lot, I do not like how they teach it in Chile

My choice was based basically on the fact that if I studied theater design I would have a bigger field of work, I can choose between doing scenography, makeup, costumes or illumination, and I like the idea of ​​being able to vary.

My experience at the university has been strange, I think we all can agree that doing an artistic major online is very difficult and the learning is not optimal, but in the same way I like my major and I am only in the first year, so i will have the instance of putting into practice everything they have taught me in the year.

This is a job i did last semester 

and i really enjoyed doing it :)
